Most teams begin with a three-month, hands-on engagement. We work alongside your team to put governance into practice.

  1. Agree the scope

    Assess your team, AI tools and workflows. Choose a supported set of actions and machines for the first rollout.

  2. Deploy in your environment

    A dedicated deployment in infrastructure you control, with a security review before rollout. Start with tool discovery, policy on supported file, shell and MCP actions, and decision records.

  3. Refine it together

    Work directly with the Tracelet team over three months. Regular reviews and a direct feedback channel help guide what we prioritise next.

What does the annual price include?

Professional is US$16,000 per year with 75 seats. Enterprise is US$24,000 per year with 150 seats. Both include the features listed above and run as private deployments. A one-time implementation fee of US$5,000–10,000 applies in addition to the annual licence.

How are additional seats priced?

Professional adds US$8 per seat per month beyond the 75 included seats. Enterprise adds US$6 per seat per month beyond 150 seats, dropping to US$4 beyond 1,000 seats. Both plans use annual contracts.

How do we get started?

Start with a design partner enquiry or email us. We establish fit, agree the tier and terms in writing, then plan the private deployment together. Start a conversation

Can we start with one team?

Yes. Most rollouts start with one team, a representative set of machines and a few policies inside the included seats. Expand based on what the decision records show.

What happens after the three-month programme?

We review the rollout together and continue on Professional or Enterprise at the published price, sized to the seats you actually govern.

When will the Team plan be available?

Team is a shared cloud deployment for smaller teams. It is in development and is not purchasable yet. Pricing will be announced at launch; every plan available today is a private deployment.
